What to wear for Physical Education class

All students should be prepared for Physical Education class by wearing good running sneakers, shorts/running pants, and a t-shirt. This will allow the students to be able to participate comfortably and safely.

 

 


Physical Education Rules

Here are some helpful hints to make the year in Adapted Physical Education more fun!

1.       Listen, follow directions, and ask questions

2.       Respect the personal space of you and others

3.       Be aware of your surroundings
