Weekly Exercises

Each week in Physical Education we will be doing different warm-up exercises. Please ask the student to show these new activities to you. This is just a fun activity for you and the student to enjoy together.

Arm Circles - Circle the arms in both directions and use small and large circles.


Ankle Circles - Circle the ankle in both directions.


Abdominal Curl - Lying flat on the floor, with your knees bent and your hands by your hips curl your head and shoulders off the floor and then go back down to the floor.  The fingers should move forward slightly when you curl up.
