EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION PROGRAM

Congratulations to the Cantalician Center's February Employees of the Month and Team of the Quarter  


Brian Young, one of our Academic Campus Custodians.  Brian is recognized for graciously going above and beyond when asked.   Brian takes pride in his work ensuring that our facilities are presentable.

Additionally, our maintenance and custodial staff have been selected as team of the quarter.   Tom Sutton, Kathy Samulski, Brian Young, Tony Flaminio, Gary Rustowicz, Kevin Tomasik and Kathy Collada  are recognized for all their efforts in assisting with the move of Main Street and Eggert Road to the Academic Campus.  

 


 

About the Program

Cantalician Center values the skills and expertise of our staff and seeks to routinely recognize and reward positive practices, employee contributions and day-to-day performance and input which merit special attention and recognition.  We encourage family members to consider nominating a staff member who they believe exemplifies:

  • Outstanding Care
  • Teamwork and/or
  • Efficiency and Creativity

 

A link to the Employee of the Month nomination form is below.  The Employee of the Month award recognizes individual employees for meritorious personal effort, acts or services performed within or outside assigned job responsibilities which contribute to providing and promoting person-centered compassionate services to our students and the individuals we service.  Every month, one instructional and one non-instructional employee are recognized. Senior Management, full-time employees with less than one give year of service, and temporary employees are not eligible for nomination.  Award recipients will be announced and published at each Agency site and posted on the Agency's website. Recipients receive preferred parking, gift cards, and are eligible for other prizes at the end of the year.
