2013 Distinguished Career Service Awards

Please join the Cantalician Center in congratulating the following recipients of the Agency's 2013 Distinguished Career Service Award:

Anne Reed

Anne Reed has been with the Cantalician Center since 1986 as a Preschool Teacher.  Anne's dedication to our students is evident on a daily basis. Anne's enthusiasm, professionalism, and interpersonal skills have allowed her to develop an excellent rapport with students, staff, and parents.  Her ability to create a student-centered classroom environment where active learning takes place is a constant.   Her daily commitment to our students and their success in and out of the classroom exemplifies Cantalician Center's mission. 

Judy Maciolek  

has been with the Cantalician Center since 1991.  Judy was initially employed  as a Physical Therapist, and assumed responsibility as the department head of the Physical Therapy Department since 2008.  Judy assumed additional responsibility as the Occupational Therapy/Physical Therapy Department Head since November, 2011. Judy has a tremendous ability to connect with our students.  With humor and a smile, Judy successfully challenges our students to set personal goals beyond what is initially thought possible.  Her knowledge of physical therapy has enabled families to obtain resources in the form of adaptive equipment.  Judy started Cantalician Center's SABAH program, which is a program loved by students and parents.  Her involvement in SABAH has received community recognition.  She is truly dedicated to Cantalician Center as evident by the long hours she puts in day in and day out and her commitment to our mission.
